Fady Daher is the co-founder and CEO of SoCreative, an innovative, AI powered, creative content platform he built alongside his son. The platform is designed to simplify how brands produce high-quality content at scale. Over more than two decades, he has held senior executive roles across technology, financial services, and start-up organisations, including leadership positions at American Express and Nuvei, where he managed teams exceeding 350 people across international markets. That experience gave him a deep, hands-on understanding of how to build and scale operations across different regions, cultures, and regulatory environments, a skill set he now applies directly to growing SoCreative. As co-founder, Fady's core focus is architecting sustainable business and revenue models rather than chasing short-term wins. He approaches company building the way a career executive approaches a P&L: with discipline around economics, repeatable processes, and long-term customer value, which has helped shape SoCreative's platform. Networking and relationship-building sit at the centre of how Fady operates. He treats sales growth as an output of genuine, well-maintained professional relationships. Fady holds an Economics degree from Macquarie University and has completed executive education programs at Penn State and Harvard Universities in the US, further reinforcing his structured, strategic approach to leadership. Based in Sydney, he combines the rigour of large organisation executive management with the agility of a father-son founding team, positioning him to lead SoCreative through its next phase of growth while continuing to prioritise scalable revenue, cross-market expansion, and high-value professional networks.
